OUR HISTORY - in honor of abraham
L3A emerged in the wake of the Abraham Accords, a series of normalization agreements signed in 2020 between Israel, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, and later Sudan and Morocco. These accords marked a significant shift in the Middle East, promoting peace and cooperation. The organization continues to grow and evolve in response to ongoing shifts in the Middle East.
Recognizing the pivotal role women play in peace building and societal development, L3A was formed to ensure that women are integral to the evolving regional dynamics.
The establishment of L3A aligns with the broader goals of the Abraham Accords, which emphasize the importance of maintaining and strengthening peace in the Middle East through mutual understanding and cooperation. By empowering women and promoting cross-cultural collaborations, L3A contributes to the realization of these objectives, fostering a network of female leaders committed to driving positive change in the region.

We facilitate diverse interpersonal engagements by connecting women from different countries through physical and virtual meetings, building strong, lasting relationships.
